Best Flourless Chocolate Cake
This cake is heaven and it’s easy!
- 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolates
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. coco
- 3 eggs
- Bake for 25 mins at 375
- 8 inch spring-form pan lined with buttered baking parchment
Pre-heat over to 375, butter and line spring form pan with baking parchment (very important!!!)
Over a double boiler, melt the baking chocolate with the butter.
Remove off heat, stir in sugar and coco powder then whisk in eggs.
Pour into baking pan and put in the over.
