HAWT Sweet Potatoes
These are seriously the best breakfast sweet potatoes.
- 1 large, peeled sweet potatoe
- 1 tbls. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sriracha hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried herbs (we use “Italian mix”)
- 1-2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- Broil for 10-15s mins
Thinly slice sweet potatoes (1/4 cm?) into “medallions” and finely chop garlic.
In a mixing bowl add oil, sriracha and herbs, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and garlic and combine until potatoes are well covered. Put on a baking pan and periodically flip over potatoes.
Serve with mayo and Frank’s hot sauce. Yeahhhhhhh.
